Use of the website and service

- You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and checkout.
- You may not use our website or Service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
- You retain responsibility for patient care and professional decisions; you must use the Service in compliance with laws and regulations that apply to your practice.
Service description and pricing
DentisMate is a cloud-based workspace for dental clinics. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and plan features on our website and in-product. We do not guarantee that every description is error-free. Prices and plans may change with notice; promotions are valid for the stated period and may have additional conditions.
Orders and payments
- By subscribing or purchasing add-ons, you make an offer to purchase the selected plan or products at the prices shown.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
- You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees, to your chosen payment method.
- Payments are processed securely by PayHere and other trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Service delivery
Access to DentisMate is provided electronically upon successful registration and payment (where required). We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available; scheduled maintenance or outages may occur. Timelines for support responses are estimates and may vary.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund policy governs refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and add-on purchases. Please review it before requesting a refund.
Intellectual property
All content and materials on our website and in the Service, including text, images, logos, software, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription, subject to these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEXA LABS (PVT) LTD, DentisMate, their directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to these terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or a nominal amount if none).
Termination

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You contract with LEXA LABS (PVT) LTD (P V 00361765), which operates DentisMate. Courts in Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
